My policy is here to provide both you and me a sense of security!

Booking & Deposits

• Plan to book sessions at least 1-2 weeks in advance.
• To secure your date and package, a $20 nonrefundable deposit is required. Don't worry, this deposit will go towards your total!

Clothing, Accessories, Props, etc.

• Please dress photo ready. If you need assistance with a wardrobe, please feel free to reach out!
• Please soak off any overgrown acrylic nails. If this is not done prior to the shoot, your hands will not be edited to take the nails off!
• Feel free to bring your own props!

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are nonrefundable. If you choose to cancel your session, you will not be refunded.
• If you are needing to reschedule your session, please notify me at least 3 days in advance. If not notified in advance, a $5 late rescheduling fee will be added to your total. Your deposit will be carried over into this date.
• If I, the photographer, need to reschedule you due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified immediately. If client is not notified at least 3 days in advance, $5 will be excused from your total cost.
• If we are facing inclement weather on the day of your session, I will work with you to find a reschedule date.

Travel Fees

• Travel fee prices are listed on the pricing page. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out!

Late Arrivals

• I typically don't mind waiting for a client, but if this wait exceeds 15 minutes, time will be taken off of your session. Please plan accordingly, as I am a person as well. Time is valuable!

Payment

• $20 nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of booking.
• The remaining total is due on the day of your session.
• Cash, Cash App, Venmo, Chime, PayPal, & Apple Pay are accepted forms of payment.
• Please do not provide a check as a form of payment.

Editing

• Please allow up to 2 weeks before you message me about your gallery.
• If I feel the need to, I may provide a sneak peek of my editing style to see if you need any changes made before I finish the gallery.
• I no longer provide raw/un-edited images as they do not reflect my finished work.

Delivery

• Images are delivered to the client through email, giving them the link to access their digital gallery. Please be sure to send your email after I get done taking your photos, so I know who to send it to at the time of delivery!

Model Release

• I may share your photos on my portfolio, social media, website, etc.
• I may record your session for Behind-the-Scenes footage via Meta Glasses.
• If you do not wish to have your photos shared or have BTS footage recorded, please let me know at booking!

Ending Sessions

• If for any reason I feel the need is necessary, I have the right to end your session. This may be due to negativity, attitudes, unwillingness to work with me, etc. You will still receive any photos I have taken that are able to be edited.

Damages, Injuries, etc.

• I am not responsible for any injuries before, during, or after the photoshoot. I am not responsible for damage to clothing or any personal props that you may bring. I do not carry band-aids on me or any sort of medical equipment. If you think we are in a setting where you may fall or sustain an injury, please come prepared!
